One place to plan, draft and schedule social posts for a team. You write a post once, adapt it per network, see everything on a shared calendar, and let automations handle the parts you would otherwise repeat by hand.

An email address and one social account you can sign in to. Sign up, connect a channel, and the calendar has somewhere to publish. The Basic plan is free, so nothing needs a card before you have tried it.

A workspace holds the channels, the calendar, the media and the posts, and you invite people into it rather than sharing a login. How many seats a workspace has depends on the plan.

X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Anything else you may have seen mentioned cannot be connected today, and we would rather say so than leave you looking for the button.

One profile or page on one platform. An X profile, a Facebook page, an Instagram account and a TikTok account are four connected accounts, not one.

Networks expire the access they give us, and some of them do it on a fixed schedule whatever you do. Omnipost flags a channel before it expires and again once it has, and reconnecting runs the same sign-in you did the first time. Nothing scheduled is lost while it is disconnected.

Start with the channel: an expired connection is the common cause, and the banner at the top of the app names it. If the connection is healthy, send us the post and the time it was due and we will tell you what the network answered.

Your account details, the posts and drafts you write, the media you upload, and the access token each network gives us so we can publish for you. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the publishing tokens are encrypted with a key kept outside the database.

It asks each network for the access it needs to publish and to report on what it published, and nothing wider. What was granted is visible on the network's own app settings page, where it can also be revoked.

You can delete any post, draft or media item yourself at any time. For a full export, or for closing the account and erasing what is behind it, write to privacy@cublya.com: there is no self-serve button for those yet, and we answer within one month.

Scheduling new posts stops at the limit, and posts already scheduled still publish. Nothing is deleted, and the limits reset each billing period.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and charge the difference; downgrades start next period, so you keep what you paid for. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of payment, and monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period.
